Ch. 6 Question: Based on the information in chapter 6, would you prefer to teach in a classroom that had more or less digital technologies? Why or why not?
- Based on the information that I have learned in Ch. 6 I would prefer to teach in a classroom with little technology.  I would like to have the usage of certain technology aspects such as a smartboard and video imagery.  The reason that I would like to use little technology is due to the fact that I am a future physical education teacher and students will need to be moving more instead of sitting down in a classroom setting.  I feel that students should learn how to collect information using the ipad and how to graph their performances based on the information that is collecting during the class.

Chapter 11: Audiovisual Technologies
For both audio and visual technologies, identify one traditional and one emerging technology from the book, and explain how you could potentially use all four devices in the classroom.

- Traditional audio- cassette player- when using this in the classroom someone could play a voice recorder of a person reading a book instead of having the students or teachers read. emerging-ipod, when using an ipod in class the teacher could down load the person reading the book onto an ipod.  Traditional visual- VCR, a VCR could be used to show older movies and older fitness programs in a classroom and have students follow along.  Emerging- DVD player, this is a faster way to skip into certain areas of a fitness program classroom or even in a movie that is provided in the classroom.
